World Smile Day® 2006
On a beautiful October day in 2006 hundreds of citizens and school children of Worcester returned to Worcester City Hall Plaza for the annual celebration as we kept our “Eyes on the Pies.” 
It was a pie-eating contest for charity! The teams gathered at Worcester City Hall Plaza on World Smile Day® and competed for the chance to direct charitable gifts from the Harvey Ball World Smile Foundation to a charity, non-profit organization or school of their choice.
Politicians, celebrities and volunteers from local organizations competed in the pie eating contest. When all was said and done the team from tbd was pronounced the winner and recipient of the Harvey Ball World Smile Foundation Grant.
